A querulous conversation is occurring right above my head in the clouds this afternoon. It is loud, it is blunt, it is startling and it is making me smile. Bebe lies on the floor snoozing at my feet and I keep patting her gently to keep her from waking with a start with each fortissimo crash as the house rumbles and the windows vibrate ..... it is good to be indoors and royally entertained by nature. I love the thunderstorms here, so close to heaven.
