A question for you all. I skyped with my daughter last night. Sis finishing out her senior year in college and working as a waitress as well. I did in college. So how do you generally Tip? Be a former waitress and knowing they only make $2.00 an hour, plus they have to tip out the busboy and sometimes bar tenders...I am 20% or above on taxed meal. I know generous but I think if they do a great job. why not help them out. Even if I have bad service, i generally will give them 15%. so what do you do?
