A question from a follower: Ive been really interested by the alternative approaches information. Ive now read a few times where people have mentioned sugar as a contributor to panic attacks and am curious if/why/how people have found that to help? How have you experienced cutting out sugar? And to what extent? Is it the smallest amounts even a full on detox would involve? And how about natural sugars eg fructose?etc? Thanks
