A quick peak at how the model my Son and I are building for the OFF-ROAD MODEL TRUCK CHALLENGE is going to sit. Still needs a lot of work and detail but this is how it will sit. Its originally a lowered 2WD Hilux RN30 kit. . . Whenever I post models on here people always think theyre RC Crawlers. This is not an RC Crawler, its a 1/24 scale static model. Yes its really high and yes its higher in the front (my style :-) ). It is a mixture of 808 style and the 80s SoCal Monster Minis as well as my own. The tires are SRC Iroks and the wheels are custom made Reals that my Son made. (Scale 15x16s). . . Still needs a lot of work. Deadline is April 1st, just wanted to share a little update :-)
