A quick rant then I’m off to bed, I’ll look at your responses in the morning… No one should go hungry and no one should go without health care in The United States of America, it’s as simple as that. If your politician doesn’t believe that, get rid of them. Nearly half the states in the country refuse to expand Medicaid and people are dying because of it, they are playing politics with peoples lives. They continue to give huge tax breaks to billion dollar corporations who don’t pay their employees a living wage, so those employees have to apply for food stamps, while those same politicians cut funding for food stamp programs, so they can continue to give huge tax breaks to billion dollar corporations. Yea, it’s making me dizzy too! Democrats, Republicans, Independents, most people are probably a few pay checks away from needing these kind of services. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but the loss of a job or even the loss of a spouse could affect your life in a big way. Think about why you vote the way you do, is it because your parents and grandparents voted that way? You need to reevaluate and vote for your best interest and that of your family and your neighbors. End of rant… I’m just sick of seeing people suffer needlessly…
