A reminder about DDB Facebook policy. We are an advocacy group - TopicsExpress

A reminder about DDB Facebook policy. We are an advocacy group that believes first and foremost that dogs are PART of the family. This means they want to be where you are, and if you are inside the home, thats where they want to be. If you are outside, they want to be with you as well. Of course neither of these is always feasible, but its not even a matter of inside vs. outside but more a matter of dogs wanting to be with their humans. And they certainly dont want to be outside in subzero temperatures. While you are free to have a differing opinion—this is America after all—we reserve the right to remove anyone who becomes harassing or impedes our progress. We find that a positive attitude goes a long way toward making change in a difficult subject area. Admins are authorized and tasked with removing comments and posters who are name-calling or otherwise harming others on the page. Here is our general policy: We fight to unchain dogs through education, advocacy, services, and rescue. This is a page for supporters of DDB. We encourage open and respectful discussion and invite you to share your opinion on our issues. By participating on this page, you are agreeing to our commenting policy, outlined below. We reserve the right to delete posts containing any of the following elements: - profanity - misinformation - spam - off-topic / irrelevant - personal attacks - promoting violence - promoting illegal or questionable activities - rallying on behalf of people or organizations which support animal abuse If you repeatedly violate this policy, you will be removed from our page. If you become a bother to our supporters, since this is a supporter page first and foremost, you will be removed. Again, we encourage open discussion, which includes disagreement, but we will not tolerate harassment or taunting of our supporters, staff, or volunteers. Thank you for caring about chained and penned dogs.
