A reminder of a few of the rules from the BRITISH HIGHWAY CODE (at least, I think this is still great Britain?) 1) we drive on the LEFT 2) we give way to the RIGHT AT ROUNDABOUTS 3) if an obstruction is on YOUR side on the road; it is not, I repeat NOT your right of way, you must give way to incoming traffic. 4) double yellow lines mean NO PARKING. Similarly, you are not allowed to park in front of a dipped kerb, or within ten metres of a junction, or facing the wrong way on the road. 5) red means stop 6) the little stick with arrows on by your steering wheel is an indicator. It is used, and must be used, to indicate which way you are turning. EVEN IF YOU ARE ON A ROUNDABOUT Rant over, feel free to add more!
