A reminder that this weekend is Residents First Weekend in St Albans when you can visit all sorts of places not usually open to the public and many local restaurants are offering special deals. You dont have to be a St Albans resident though! And one particular place you may like to visit are the newly refurbished Radio Verulam studios which are above the Courtyard Cafe, 11 Hatfield Road (next to the Museum one side and the Yoga Hall the other). If you come into the cafe you will see signs and guides to take you upstairs. We have to restrict visitor numbers as the studios are small but if you have to wait I have no problem recommending the excellent food in the cafe! I will be there all day from 10am to 4 pm (the Councils brochure has incorrectly said 3pm BTW).
