A reminder this Thanksgiving. Be careful using turkey fryers. If you are trying to fry a turkey, make sure the bird is completely thawed. A frozen turkey going into very hot grease causes a boil-over which in turn causes fires. Also - turkey fryers should not be used inside any structure. The pots oil level also must be checked carefully to avoid an overflow when the turkey is lowered. More on First News.
