A reminder to WSRID members about this board vacancy: Position: WSRID Director Term: 2 years, ending in the fall of 2015 Qualifications: Must be a voting member in good standing for at least two (2) consecutive years. A WSRID Director can be either a Certified or Associate Member. Duties: 1. To perform any and all duties imposed on them collectively or individually by law, the Articles of Incorporation, by these Bylaws or by the mandate and direction of the voting membership of this corporation. 2. To adopt, make and use a corporate seal, corporate logo; to prescribe the forms of membership cards. 3. To supervise the chairpersons/coordinators of WSRID committees, who will in turn report to the Executive Board to ensure that their duties are performed properly. The purview of the Executive Board also extends Special Interest Groups.
