A reminder to our friends and clients enrolled in PIPP: if you are on PIPP, you should automatically be exempted from the aggregate AEP Energy (a separate entity from your current AEP Ohio) switchover. However, if you have recently signed up for PIPP (in the last month or so), you may need to opt-out of the aggregation plan to remain on PIPP, as PIPP clients cannot use a secondary energy provider.
