A reminder to those persons interested in joining the Royal Bahamas Defence Force: Interested persons must be a Bahamian Citizen between the ages of 18 to 25 and have a minimum of five (5) B.J.C.’s including Maths and English, all at grade C or above. Applicants should produce the following documents: Two (2) Royal Bahamas Defence Force Application forms Two (2) application forms Birth Certificate and or affidavit Valid Police record High school diploma Passport Three (3) passport photos National Insurance Card Any other certificates or qualifications in area of expertise or training Note: Candidates are to bring their original documents for verification to the Recruitment Section of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, Coral Harbour. Emphasis for recruitment will be placed on candidates who: Are willing to conduct tours of duty at sea aboard Defence Force patrol craft Are willing to conduct tours of duty at satellite bases on a Family Island Possess technical skills or qualifications (e.g. mechanical, electrical/electronic, etc. engineering degree is a plus) The Garden Hills Constituency Office will assist with completing the application form.
