A respected female medical specialist recently told me about a phenomenon they had back in medical school called the medical students syndrome. Each time they had a lecture on a particular disease, its signs & symptoms, many would shortly report of having that disease because of the symptoms they just developed. Actually, it was almost always a trick of the mind. Guess what? Ebola lectures will do its work on unsuspecting & gullible people.
