A road rage incident last August has landed a 23-year old Coatesville man in jail. Kenneth Lee Plank was sentenced Tuesday to 2-23 months in Chester County Prison for waving a handgun at another driver. Plank will be eligible for work release after he serves 10 days in jail and will then have to serve 90 days under electronic home confinement. According to police, Plank cut off another driver on Route 100. The driver made an obscene gesture towards Plank, at which point Plank waived a .40 caliber handgun at the driver.
