A shooting star only lasts a second, but isn’t it better to - TopicsExpress

A shooting star only lasts a second, but isn’t it better to have seen it? People said that men and women are from different planets, and we all agree with that. However, some misunderstanding happens frequently between men and women, and we cannot do anything because we dont know what our counter parts think. The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby is actually two movies, one is from mans perspective, and the other is from womans perspective. The story is about a couple breaks up, and the following emotional reactions in their lives. You can definitely see only one of them, because it is still a good movie, though. Even if there are a lot of fragments in one of them, the story can still move on. Him, which is on mans perspective, is describing what mens reaction after breaking up in one relationship, and vice versa. Once you watch both of them, most of the answers will be solved and you will have No wonder! that kind of feeling. The director used the light beautifully. In Him, the light is cooler, such as blue and white; in Her, the light is warmer, like yellow and red. The funniest thing is that the scene seems to be the same, but according to different perspectives, the actions, the words, the tones, and who is being active or passive are totally different. People try to be perfect in their own memories, and make people think they are more right than wrong. And when you watch these two movies, you will have the same weird feelings. When I watched Her, I can understand why she want to leave, and I also felt that the man is an asshole. Well, when I watched Him, I thought he really does his best and tries to make her happy, why is she so emotional? Apparently, if you stand in ones shoes, you can understand why he or she does, but you cant see others because you dont know what theyre thinking. When we face something dramatic, we used to think emotionally and subjectively. Everything will pass through our lives in any seconds, you cant guarantee anything forever. Friends are, families are, and loves are. In this generation, everything happened so fast, we even cant have any reaction, then comes to the results. The professor in the movie said we are living in the generation of too many choices, yes we are, and thats pretty hard for us to stay focus on one thing, so we cant even take a glance at them when theyre gone. We all know what rational means, but we will never used it when we follow our hearts too much. Things finally leave in our lives, dont regret, and sometimes we do need to escape from the moment then we will understand what happened and what we can do next. The mans father told him A shooting star only lasts a second, but isn’t it better to have seen it?, at least, we saw shooting stars, nothing can be regretful. #BensonMovieReview
