A short reflection I had from what we shared in last nights IW: My grace is sufficient. Sufficiency (2 Cor.12:9). Sufficient: a quantity that is large enough to achieve a purpose; the quality of being sufficient for the end in view. Grace is of sufficient power to grant us wisdom, knowledge and understanding for the purpose of enabling us to walk in the perspective of God to overcome self, Satan and the world unto fruit bearing. The end view speaks of seeing (as to perceive) the purpose and outcome of faiths labour which is gaining fruit and the perspective of God (the expectation is shifted from self [resolve for equity] to Christ [regeneration and the renewing of the mind]). Here our hope is brought into focus (hope set in Christ). Grace draws and sustains faith and faith brings hope (in Christ) into focus, because it stands in the power of grace (which carries Gods wisdom, knowledge and understanding). Ss Grace is sufficient to those who resource this power of God through faiths labour with the Record of Christ.
