A significant number of students is alleged to have at least one or more grades of F on their progress reports for the first nine weeks.If this is fact,then who is to blame? After the blame game is played,what is the resolution?Recall our school district received an overall grade of C on their report card and our high school had the worst;a grade of F.Correct me if I am wrong, but I hear or see very little focus on progressive improvement.
