A small suggestion (If I may Nicholla Henderson-Hall) Wouldnt it be really nice if once the person Finding something has got his answer, says a small Thankyou & maybe mention Case Closed on the comment thread? This will be a polite gesture to thank the people who took a few secs to share their knowledge & also to the new people who might still want to help without knowing if the query has been solved or is open to further discussions/suggestions..... Just a thought :-)
