Tonya Patterson, RN, MSN, will be doing a special presentation providing guidance on how to get the most out of your nutrition and maintaining optimal performance through quality and balance. Tonya held the title Ms West Virginia State Body Building Champion in 2009 with NAtional Amateur Body Building Association (NABBA) and in 2011 with the National Physique Committee (NPC). She has been bodybuilding and exploring the elements of good nutrition that promote a healthy fit physique for 29 years.
