To the gathered press, Greene said, My teammates probably took bets about when I was going to crack up . They know Im an emotional guy. This is truly overwhelming. Four generations of Greenes family attended, including seven grandchildren and his 85-year-old mother, who was heard to say, Im fired up. Greene smiled, and said, I think shes enjoyed the journey.
