A strong foundation at the gym is more than just being athletic or fit. Many people would agree that before any of those physical traits apply, one must be Motivated. Everyday this week will be a new tip to help you stay on track and keep focused while building Healthy Habits! Here is #1! 1. Set Realistic Goals: If a person was to say they would like to lose 50 pounds in 5 weeks, sure, maybe its possible, but is it a Healthy Goal? Set goals that you can achieve in the short run. The more of these micro goals you can accomplish, the more clear your vision of the long term goal will become. The short road isnt always the best one, and to get on the right track it is going to take some work. Before and after pictures are a great way to see a yourself change as you progress on your Transformation journey.
