A suggested question to be discussed in the immigration debate. A lot of immigrants come as of right because they live in the EU. Sir Bernard Hogan Howe has a complaint before him sent to him by 12 Chief Constables outlining that the EU treaties are against our common law. Common law is superior to statute law, so the EU treaties are illegal. If 12 Chief Constables agree why doesnt BHH investigate it. Is this why he tendered his resignation? All facts stated can be proved independently
