A surprise hurricane took out our power today and so I am typing this in the dark..... its very silent and peaceful! The kids were totally delighted as we just roasted dye-free marshmallows over tea lights too! Always a silver lining somewhere. Which leads me to this..... if you see healthy eating as something negative that deprives you, it will never become a permanent feature in your life. But if you attach it to all your successes and each day of feeling well, it will. Every single aspect of life gets better when you have the health and energy to enjoy it to the max. And the reality is, every single thing you eat or drink can either take you one step closer to your goals, or another step further away. Eat well my friends!
