A sweet friend, Rachel Bauer, has been personally touched by tragedy surrounding a friend from high school. From her: Hi friends, Im hoping to speak to you all candidly. A high school classmate passed away last week and I am just heartbroken. I went to a small Catholic high school with a graduating class of about 250. I have to admit, Stephanie and I werent particularly close. In fact, some might have said we were frenemies. Facebook brought us together a number of years later and we became friendly again. Stephanie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Jackson Michele, just a few days ago on June 17. Three days later, she passed away from a blot clot that went to her heart. It was very unexpected and shocking. Even though we werent close, I feel called, as a mother myself, to help her new baby in any way I can. Every child needs a mother and I am so sad that she wont have one. I have created a fundraiser in which Im going to donate all of my commissions from the event to a fund that has been set up for baby Jackson. I know a lot of you have been so supportive in ordering, but Im hoping you will be able to help me raise some money, through this event, to donate in Stephanies name.
