A team of students in the Telecommunication, Information Studies, & Media @ Michigan State University (TISM) department worked this past semester with Greater Play, LLC, a Lansing-area startup, to develop a Kickstarter campaign for a mobile game. The students helped in the conceptualization of the team-based action game, built a working prototype of the game for the iPad, and helped Greater Play in developing the actual Kickstarter campaign materials. Joel Dillingham, CEO of Greater Play, remarked, “it was a great pleasure working with the MSU students. Their efforts were essential in getting this Kickstarter campaign off the ground. If our campaign is successful, we definitely plan to bring several MSU students on-board to work with us to implement the full vision of the game.” Help the students and Greater Play succeed by giving to the Kickstarter program!
