A teenage girl in Sacramento, wearing headphones, and apparently not paying attention, was walking on the light rail tracks and gets hit by a train. So her familys lawyer files suit claiming the train was going too fast and should only be going 5 mph so the train can stop faster to avoid hitting people. I have a better idea. Lets just ban trains, cars, trucks, buses, and planes, since people are apparently too stupid to keep from getting killed by them.
