A teenager from Dudley is under arrest after police stopped a suspected stolen car in the town in the early hours. Officers on patrol spotted a suspected stolen Skoda travelling around Netherton at around 2am this morning (27 Jan). The car failed to stop for officers when directed, causing police to follow the car for a short time until it stopped on Old Level Way. A 17-year-old boy, from Netherton, was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving without a licence and failing to stop. He remains in police custody this afternoon.
