A tough course, no doubt about that and l only did the half marathon today ! Fabulous scenery, glorious sunshine and super friendly fellow competitors. The volunteers who manned the water stations were terrific, great choice of drinks and jelly babies which l had forgotten to bring with me. Thank you also to the parking chaps who were very helpful and found me a space ! Family friendly event, hope we raised a tidy sum for charity and will return again to do this one, but as my legs are aching at the moment, l question my sanity on that front !
