A very BIG THANK YOU to Rob of Mantalbano Farms and Slow Food Chicago for organizing the Crop Mob here on Saturday. Folks worked hard! Katie, Kendra and Pierce, Blair and I, and Rob all shoveled, and hauled (and shoveled some more). We accomplished so much... both the chicken house and goat barn are clean, AND we built not one but two (yes 2!) large compost mounds with all the goods. Thank you all!
