A very Happy Diwali to all of you and your dear ones !! A good day to share with friends and family that after eight years of setting up a strong foundation at Keys Hotels, a brand of national repute, a very fine team and some very good hotel assets, I have decided to take up a new assignment in a non compete segment of the same industry. I have immense confidence in the business model of Keys Hotels and will therefore stay invested in the company as a passive shareholder. I will also use the extended notice period to assist the board to identify and settle in a new CEO for the business. Cheers -S
