A very important lesson learnt today, which I thought its worthwhile sharing. During a heat conversation, never try to be smart and try convincing someone who is not receptive to any comment. Instead, be wise enough to acknowledge that the other party is mad. Cease the conversation and allow some air time to reflect and digest. Next, when there is an issue.
