A very inspiring and encouraging young man. Many things to think - TopicsExpress

A very inspiring and encouraging young man. Many things to think about. So many of us complain about the tiniest of things. Many may refuse to date someone because they have eyebrows that are too big or grown together or any other silly thing. Others may feel that life is not worth living if they dont have enough money, are not tall enough, dont have a big enough house or fancy enough car...or maybe they are just too tired or just like to complain. But there are many like this young man who make us rethink our negative attitudes and complaints and problems. Job 2:10 Amplified Bible But he said to her, You speak as one of the impious and foolish women would speak. What? Shall we accept [only] good at the hand of God and shall we not accept [also] misfortune and what is of a bad nature? In [spite of] all this, JOB did not sin with his lips. Job 2 same Bible 4 Then Satan answered the Lord, Skin for skin! Yes, all that a man has will he give for his life. 5 But put forth Your HAND now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse and renounce You to Your face. 6 And the Lord said to Satan, Behold, he is in your hand; only spare his life. Satan has demanded us to sift us as wheat. To try to destroy all that is good. He hates God and truth and righteousness and good and all of us. Proverbs 27:11 Will we be wise and make his heart glad? Yes, death occurs. All die in this system of things. 1 Cor. 15:22, 23, Romans 5:12. All creation keeps groaning and being in pain together until now. Romans 8:22. Yet we are so close to the very end of sickness, death, old age, violence, hate, greed, poverty, pollution, etc. There are so many ways to do things. So many things we can do that are positive, so many ways to encourage, to teach, to build up, to make a difference. We all stumble many times, even if we have all our parts. Do not give up! Do not tire out! For he is faithful who promised and he provided his son as our judge and king! There is not much more left to endure. We are near the finish line. Even if your progress is slow, keep moving forward, endure as a baggage keeper, remember those lost are only on the sleeping car in a train headed for paradise. Luke 23:43, Matthew 5:5. This is not time to quit or lose hope or lose sight of the prize! Love and hugs to you all!
