A very special Thank You to Anne and Peter Parles of Straw Hat Restaurant. They hosted a wonderful fundraiser for the Anguilla Youth Sailing Club and more than 13,000USD was raised for the club. The Straw Hat staff lead by visiting chef Mark Alvarez, and their own chef Nick Dillinger prepared a fantastic menu, and 100 guests enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Again, a huge thank you from the ASA and AYSC.
