A video showing Israel Defense Forces sniping at two children playing on a rooftop in occupied Palestine was posted to YouTube. It is disturbing footage that shows one of the children being wounded in the leg and trying to escape, and then the IDF soldiers congratulating the sniper who hit his target. It is disturbing footage, certainly, but worthy of discussion. However, there have been reports that Facebook is blocking this YouTube link from being shared. Shame on them; our discussion of the IDF attacks on Hamas is socially relevant when you consider how much support Israel receives from the United States. Let’s see if this post goes through… [And suck you, Facebook, if you censor it; there are far worse postings involving carnage and death that don’t seem to phase you!]
