A video taken using a barn as a hide beside a mound that a Snowy was regularly using as a lookout point from this winters irruption. Probably the only video that I ever got the exposure right on, and very happy with the results. You might be able to hear my heavy breathing in the video which was caused by the -30c temp (-40c with the wind adjustment). Its not easy to breathe in those temps... Shot with a D7100 and 500mm f4 and 1.7x tele-converter - 1275mm equivalent. As usual, FB kills the quality by default so click on the HD button for a much better look. Hope you enjoy probably my last look at them till next year.
