A warehouse that belonged to a businessman remained vacant for a long time. It was in need of repairs as vandals had damaged the doors and broken the windows of the warehouse. It was full of trash. The businessman decided to sell the warehouse. He showed it to a buyer and offered to restore the broken windows and the damaged windows and clean out the trash. The buyer told him that there was no need for repairs. He wanted to build something new. He did not want the building. He just needed the site. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
