A water main break this morning is affecting the CIA and may affect the Stop & Shop Plaza. There may also be traffic impacts through Route 9 / St. Andrews. *HYDE PARK REGIONAL WATER SYSTEM WATER MAIN BREAK* The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority announced today that portions of the Hyde Park Regional Water System will experience a temporary service interruption due to emergency repairs following a water main break. The affected area includes; portions of the Hyde Park Regional Water System between the intersection of Rte 9 and Saint Andrews Road and Farm Lane including the Culinary Institute of America. Due to the water main break, affected customers will be without water during the repair. Work to repair the broken water main is underway; every effort will be made to restore service by 4PM today.
