A week ago today I lost my phone...I left it outside and once I realized where I left it, it was too late. So I accepted the fact it was gone but the girls in my house kept saying it wasnt stolen...and in my head Im thinking thanks for trying to make me feel better but its long gone. So this morning was the one week mark and although I was sad about losing the picture, music and my only form of communication I had moved on and forgotten about it. So you can imagine my shock when I woke up and looked down at my shoes by my bed and saw my phone laying on top as though someone came in and laid it there. My finite mind immediately assumes a roommate found it so I began asking questions trying to make sense of it all and one roommate simply says, I knew He would get it back for you and once I let it sink in it really pierced my heart. Ive seen God heal people here and Hes done a deep work in me but I dont believe that He cares, much less listens and responds to the small worries in life. Hes is such a great God who hears every shout and every whimper and He is supernatural yet amazingly natural at the same time. He loves to show off in big ways but He also does it in the smallest and personal way as well. He is truly my perfect need and he is so faithful. So my mindset has been stretched and my heart pierced because Father God took time to give me back my phone with no marks just a little more dirt than before. And for all you skeptics....just let it sink it that you truly are His favorite and He will literally restore back what was stolen because He cares just that much!
