A weekly lunch date at Aloha with my mom has become somewhat of a tradition. We chat and laugh until we cant laugh anymore... for those of you who dont know my mom shes like a cross between Mother Theresa and Princess Diana which is so funny because we are so very different in so many ways! For example, I always drink a glass (or two) of wine on my lunch dates , my mom buys lunch and i buy my wine because a non drinker shouldnt support my bad habits lol. So when the waitress asks one check or two , I always respond im paying for my wine, I would never ask my mom to do that... today the server says your mom?, I assumed you were just friends because you look the same age... we both giggled. my mom giggled at the compliment, and I giggled because the waitress was 100 percent right.. shes not just my mom ... she actually is my best friend :) !!!!! im quite difficult at times but she always accepts me for who I am... #lovemymama Lana Grissom Taylor
