A well regulate militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. OHMM is a constitutional well-regulated militia, operating throughout Ohio. Our organization is based on the belief that our community and Constitution is of the utmost importance. We are entirely committed to supporting and defending both. As a result, a high percentage of our organization is from local communities and surrounding counties. STATEMENT OF ETHICS It is the duty of the citizen’s militia to protect and defend the unalienable Rights of all members of the community. Under no circumstances will the Ohio Minutemen Militia tolerate those who advocate acts of criminal violence, terrorism, racism or a change away from our republican form of government; nor will it support any specific political party or candidate, nor espouse any particular religious denomination or doctrine. All members must understand the duties and obligation of both citizens and government under the Ohio and U.S. Constitution. The OHMM page is a Moderated page. Being a Militia organization, political pressure and negative outlook on militias portrayed by Mass Media and Hollywood as well as some radical Militia’s out there who portray themselves as Constitutional, they are not nor are we a Unconstitutional Militia. We Obey the Laws of the land. We Support the US Constitution and the Ohio Constitution.
