A well reputed General trading and contracting company Urgently looking for their Catering Division Job Location: Kuwait 1.Kitchen /Dining Supervisor - Minimum 5 Years Experience in an Industrial Catering Company as a Supervisor/Foreman/Head-Waiter.Capable to lead a team of Service and Cleaning Crews. Experience in House keeping and Employees Hygiene check is preffered. 2.Store Keeper - Minimum 5 Years Experience in an Industrial Catering Co. as a Store Keeper. Knowledge of HACCP, FIFO,Stock Rotation,Stock Turn Over. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel/Word.Procurement,Storage,Issuance,Costing etc. 3.North Indian Cook - Minimum 5 Years Experience as a North Indian Cook in any reputed Catering Co. To be able to Communicate in Hindi and other Indian Languages. Knowledge in Food Safety and HACCP is considered as an additional Qualification 4.South Indian Cook - Minimum 5 Years Experience as a South Indian Cook n Cook in any reputed Catering Co. To be able to Communicate in Hindi and other Indian Languages.Knowledge in Food Safety and HACCP is considered as an additional Qualification. 5.Chapathi /Paratha Man - Professional in Large Scale Production of Chapathi,Industrial Catering Companies from North India is preferred. 6.Butcher - Should Have minimum two years experience as a Butcher in an Industrial Catering Company.Healthy and Hardworking. 7.Assistant Cooks (Rice Cooking/Veg.Cutting/Relievers for all Production Crews) - 2 Years working Experience in Industrial Catering Company as an Assistant Cook for large volume of Customer is preferred. If not personal with Hotel experience may consider. 8.Head Waiter(Party) - Personal with Diploma in Hotel Management or 5 Years Experience as a Waiter in an Industrial Catering Company or Hotel with Good Personality and good communication skill is preferred. 9.Waiter - Handsome, dynamic Personal with good Communication skills and experience in Catering Company or Hotel is preferred . 10.Helpers (Cleaning/Packing/Unloading and General Support) - Healthy and Hardworking personals.
