A while ago whilst sitting quietly, I asked my Angels what one question would you ask us here in the physical? Their answer was; What stops you loving yourself unconditionally? I could not find the answer to that question. I realised how such a simple thing as loving ourselves can change our lives, forgiving ourselves for perceived failures and just being the best we can be, choosing the best for ourselves. If we do not love ourselves unconditionally here, who will? I thank my Angels for asking their question. I know I am loved enough, worthy enough to allow love for myself to be the beginning of happiness in my life. How would you answer their question? Is there an affirmations you could use or one small change you can make in your life to start creating more happiness? Lynn xx
