A wise mama asks: Urgent please!!! I have slowly started figuring out that all 3 of my girls (twins that are 2 and an older that is 5) have a yeast problem. They have had tummy issues and now rashes. They all took a few rounds of antibiotics last year due to a very sick winter for us and i regret using the antibiotics now. But showed no symptoms of yeast until just recently after I began giving them childrens Echinacea and have since stopped giving that to them since it seemed to make the symptoms come out more. My question is: what can I do for this??? Is a candida diet the only way? I feed my girls healthy but with the twins that are 2 a majority of their diet is grains and fruits so if I were to cut those out they would be left with little to eat. Please help! And I must note I am already giving probiotics and manuka honey. Thank you!
