A woman in Iraq is reported to be pregnant with 13 fetuses. The woman with multiple pregnancies is in her early forties and hails from the province of Salahuddin in central Iraq. She has seven other children including twins from her 24-year marriage to Fadhil Al Azawi, The husband, a farmer, is happy and worried about the multiple pregnancies. “I am very happy about my wife’s new pregnancy but at the same time I am worried about how to look after her to preserve this heavenly gift,”
