A woman is under arrest, after holding her daughter on her lap during a police chase. The woman reportedly took the 5-year-old girl during a supervised visit in Kosciusko County. She drove to St. Joseph County, Michigan. Police attempted to arrest her there, and she took off. As she fled, she moved the child from the passenger seat into her lap. She eventually had to stop after stop sticks flattened her tires.
