A woman out in a public place alone without a dog is defined in Scriptures as a harlot. That is why the catcalls and harassments come. When Judah the Patriarch in Scriptures saw a woman who was covered up even sitting alone in a public place, he mistook her for a harlot. He went in to her and did not know it was his daughter in law Tamar who conceived twins by him. It is dangerous for a woman to walk or sit alone in a public place since the subconscious minds of males see a harlot or mistake her for one. That is unfair but it is part of the psychology of nature. Provoking the hunter-prey instinct in a male is foolish. So order your products and clothes online and avoid shopping in public unless there is no alternative to going out in public alone.
