A wonderful Happy Tail for a precious girl that was with us for awhile due to her heartworm status. She was just waiting for the right person to come along!! I just wanted to let you know that Coco (her name is Ori now. It means light in Hebrew because she brings light and laughter to our home), the rat terrier I adopted in July who tested low positive for heart worms has completed her treatment and tested negative on her final blood test. It was a schlep to go to Lancaster several times and was hard to have her away from me for 5 days but it was all worth it to see her happy, healthy and playful. they were very kind and supportive at Lancaster. Ori gets along well with her new brother, Fievel, and my grand kids and everyone who comes to the house. Here are some photos. she likes to play with Fievel and then just hang out with him--even if the two barely fit in their little bed. (I got a second bed for them.) Just wanted to say thanks for keeping her until she and I found each other.
