A year ago I was at place in my life where I was the happiest I had ever been. I cherish those memories and hold them in a place in my heart that no one can get to. They have made me stronger and have shown me what I want out of life. Some of the choices that needed to be made for the love of others and myself at that time were difficult, as well as unfortunate, but necessary for many reasons. My reality today is showing me a lot of things. I am at a crossroads now, but the memories of that time has made me stronger and has taught me to take life as it comes head on. I will not let people who are self absorbed, inconsiderate and manipulative take away from what I want to achieve. I will not let adversity stand in my way any longer. I will get back to that place in my life where I was happy. When life brings adversity the only thing to do is focus and overcome. I wish this for the ones I love as well. Peace.
