A year ago this week, I started a new adventure in Salem. I have more crazy war stories from one year than I do from the last 10 years of my career. Work-life boundaries no longer exist. I refer to Halloween as a season rather than a day. I have the city Dept. of Public Works on speed dial. I spend an inordinate amount of time lugging ribbons, balloons, hula hoops, and general whatnot around town. I panic on a daily basis about how much I still have to learn. I have difficulty answering the question So what do you do? in one sentence. Bring it on, Year 2.
