AAAAACCCCCKKKKK!!!!!!!! The phone is ringing off the hook today!!! We dont have caller ID, so I cant tell whos calling. Loads of political robo calls, occasionally someone is on the other end of the line for political calls, and peppered throughout have been a few legitimate calls from a neighbor, robotics team members, physicians, the dentist, and others. And what I want to know is when did they start calling cell phones? I have to pay for those inbound calls!!! At least I have caller ID to see that its not someone I know, but when the robo-call leaves voicemail, I have to pay to delete it. (It uses minutes when I dial into my voicemail.) And theyre calling my business line. Please, stop! Im trying to get work done here! What happened to the good ol days of going door-to-door? Im happy to talk to a candidate (or their representative) in person. And as much as I love robots and coach two robotics team, I do not like robo-calls. To top it all off, I know who Im voting for. Your calls are not going to change my mine. I already know its voting day. I dont need 20 reminders an hour.
